As an accredited A.A.C.I. member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada I have many years of education and training that is put to work for you. This is coupled with over 20 years of direct experience and competency in appraising almost every type of commercial, industrial, rural, institutional and residential income and investment property located in the Region. My job is to keep up-to-date with changes in the local market trends and laws that affect real estate values along with combining knowledge, experience and expertise with a thorough investigation of the subject property and the area.

- South of Owen Sound and Collingwood including Orangeville, Goderich, Hanover and Mount Forest
- East of London and Woodstock including Stratford and New Hamburg
- West of Toronto area including Milton and Georgetown
